Best of Kentucky

We are so excited to announce that Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab was recognized by the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities as a “Best of Kentucky” award winner! In addition to this award, one of our very own dietary staff members, Mary Collard, was awarded a Professional Achievement in Supportive Services award. We are so proud of Mary and ALL our employees who work so hard every day to provide the best care for our residents. It’s because of you, that we won this award!
