Employee of the Month

We are amping up our Employee of the Month program. Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab invites all staff, family, and friends to drop the Human Resource office and leave a note when you notice any outstanding employees. We not only want to highlight our model employees, but we want to thank our hard working and dedicated team members. Every day we see employees going above and beyond their roles.
