Employees of the Month

This month we are celebrating Nursing Home Week and are honoring 2 staff members that have contributed greatly to our residents and fellow team mates. Both staff members have shown examples of what a dedicated caregiver should be.

Erin Thompson, LPN, has been employed with ENRC for 6 years. She began her journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant and then earned certification as a Certified Medication Tech. Since then, Erin has completed school and became a Licensed Practical Nurse. We are sp proud to have watched Erin grow as a wonderful nurse over the last 6 years. Erin says that she loves where she works because no matter how hard of a day it is, there is always something that happens to remind her why she is there and loves her work family.

Erin’s coworkers have said that she has an honest ear and does not mind listening to the residents if they are feeling down. Erin has been seen stopping to help wherever she is needed, especially when the CNAs need a little extra assistance. She takes time to educate her residents. Erin is just all around awesome!

Joe Lyvers, Maintenance Director, is honored this month for his work and dedication. Joe is knowledgeable and always willing to help even when he has worked extra long days. Staff has said that Joe is a “no attitude, get the job done” kind of guy. He is polite and helpful to all.

Joe has been employed with ENRC for nearly two years. We are very fortunate to have him on our team!
