Short-Term Success Story: Sherron

success story written in white chalk on a black chalkboard which has a purple wooden border.

Sherron was admitted to our facility after a brief stay in the hospital. Upon admission, she was evaluated by both physical and occupational therapy. She was found to have generalized weakness throughout her body, which led to the need for assistance with her care. Sherron began working with occupational therapy on things such as dressing and grooming as well as physical therapy to improve her transfer and walking abilities. Throughout Sherron’s stay with us she made great progress and was ultimately able to return home with her sister, where she was able to live independently and return to work! We are so proud of the hard work you put in, Sherron, don’t forget to come back and visit!
