Short-Term Therapy Success

Robert P. admitted to our facility following a recent hospitalization. Upon admission, he required full assistance with mobility and all activities of daily living (ADLs). He began a rehabilitation program involving both physical and occupational therapy. Physical therapy focused on improving mobility through lower extremity strengthening and gait training. Simultaneously, occupational therapy addressed ADL retraining, including dressing and upper body strengthening.
Through consistent effort and collaboration with both therapy disciplines, Robert made significant progress and regained his independence in mobility and daily activities. Although he has achieved a higher level of function, we are excited for Robert to remain within our facility and call us home. He has been a pleasure to work with, and we are honored to be a part of his continued healthcare journey.
