Success Story

Elizabethtown Resident Mrs. L pictured sitting outdoors

Mrs. L. was admitted to Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab following a brief stay in the hospital. Upon admission, she was greeted and treated by physical, occupational, and speech therapy. She required assistance for transfers and safety awareness as she was unsteady on her feet. Mrs. L. worked day in and day out with all three therapies and was able to achieve her goal of walking independently with a walker. We were blessed to have her as a rehab patient but feel even more blessed that she chose to stay here at the facility and call us home for a while. Our staff enjoyed treating Mrs. L. and look forward to spending much more time with her in the future.
