Take a Moment to Meet our Wonderful Therapy Team!

Jessie Fisher, Director of Rehab and Physical Therapist Assistant, has been a dedicated member of the Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab team for approximately 18 years, with the last 10 years serving as Director. Jessie’s goal for every resident is to help improve their functional mobility so they can live as independently as possible.
Next is Rachel Brown, our Speech Therapist, who has been with us for the past 11 years. Rachel is passionate about helping residents regain their communication and swallowing abilities while also assisting them in learning adaptations that support independent living.
Last, but certainly not least, is Tara Monchilovich, our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Tara is the newest member of the team and has been with us for approximately seven months. She focuses on helping residents improve their activities of daily living, including tasks such as dressing, bathing, and other essential routines that promote independence.
While these three play an important role in our therapy department, many others contribute to each resident’s rehabilitation journey. As a team, our goal is to keep residents moving, progressing, and working toward returning home or continuing to live comfortably and independently with us long-term.
