Short-Term Therapy Success

Jennifer F. is yet another successful rehab patient from Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab. While her recent hospital stay left her feeling weak and unable to care for herself, our therapy department had just what she needed. She worked with our physical therapy department on bed mobility, transfers, and walking; our occupational therapist to improve activities of daily living such as toileting and grooming, and with our speech therapist on memory recall. We are so proud of the progress Jennifer made while here at the facility and was happy to wish her a farewell as she discharged home into the community.
