Short-Term Therapy Success Stories

Elizabethtown resident pictured with group of staff members

Isaac M. admitted to Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab following a recent hospital stay where he suffered from a stroke and generalized weakness. Upon entering our facility, he required the assistance of two people with all mobility and activities of daily living. He was evaluated and treated by physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Each week he put in the work and after many months of therapy, was able to regain independence with most of his daily functions. Mr. Isaac M. was able to return home by himself with assistance from family and friends. We loved being able to assist his recovery and getting him home as quickly as possible. We look forward to getting visits from him in the future.
